I have been in the dental field for over ten years. Over these years, I have had extensive training in general, pediatric, and endodontic dentistry. As the main front desk receptionist for the Glen Burnie office, I perform many tasks, such as scheduling appointments, filing insurance claims, and assisting our patients with treatment and insurance benefit questions. In my spare time, I love creating vibrant floral arrangements for weddings, birthdays, and holidays.

I am one of the Columbia office’s receptionists and have been with Maryland Family Dentistry since 2022. As one of the first to interact with our patients, my goal is to promote a welcoming environment and a positive overall experience. I assist patients with scheduling their appointments and any treatment or insurance benefit questions. I also make sure patient information is updated; process insurance claims; and assist with daily office operations. It is a pleasure and an honor to work alongside such an amazing and talented team of professionals.

As our main receptionist in Columbia, I have the pleasure greeting you as you enter and being the last person you see as you leave. I am happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding your appointment and I work hard to ensure that you receive the highest level of care from start to finish. Additionally, I enjoy working closely with Erica, our main receptionist in Glen Burnie, regarding insurance and billing matters to ensure quality patient care across both offices. In my spare time I enjoy gaming, traveling, and spending time with my three legged cat, Suvi.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland in May 2007 and started working for Drs. Nuger and Sircus in August of that same year. I love working with our patients and look forward to developing friendships with each one. As a hygienist, my goal is making sure our patients achieve optimal oral health through regular dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, as well as education on oral health and home care. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, photography and spending time with my family!

I have been practicing Dental Hygiene since 2000. I absolutely love what I do. Some of the treatments includes: prophylaxis, scalings, debridements, and perio maintenance to give my patients a great pearly smile. I’m an advocate for educating my patients about the importance of proper oral healthcare and effective home care. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, especially my nine year old son, mountain bike riding, dancing, and sometime just a quiet evening reading and doing puzzles.

As a graduate of West Liberty State University in 1991, I have truly enjoyed my career of dental hygiene. I joined Drs. Nuger and Sircus four years ago and love getting to know our patients and treating them with TLC. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, friends, and two spoiled yorkies.

Hey guys! I’ve been a part of the team here at Maryland Family Dentistry since 2014. I graduated from Baltimore City Community College with a degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I love my job and my patients! Before going back to school for my degree completion, I worked as a Certified Orthodontic Technician in Crofton, MD for 15 years. I enjoy learning new concepts and being educated on how to care for the oral cavity while maintaining the highest quality of care. Besides filling my day with patient care, I enjoy spending time with my children and husband. We love the great outdoors! Hiking, biking, swimming, camping and traveling are just a few fun activities that we include in our time together. I look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

Hi! I’m Janine. I’ve been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2002 and I really love what I do. I’m thankful to be in the healthcare field, where I can meet new people, hear lots of their stories, and encourage them to meet their dental health goals. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely see me and my family at our favorite Mexican restaurant, La Palapa in Old Ellicott City, or walking our dog, Bo, on the trails at Rockburn Park. I look forward to working with you and your family as a part of your healthcare team.

Dental Assistants

I have had the pleasure of working with Drs. Nuger and Sircus as an expanded functions dental assistant since 2013. I have been in the field for quite some time. I enjoy spending time and talking to all of our patients, existing and new, making everyone feel as comfortable as possible and putting them at ease. Besides spending my days at Maryland Family Dentistry, I have a lovely daughter and husband that I enjoy spending time with.

As our offices floating dental assistant, I have a wide range of duties. You can find me anywhere from assisting the doctors chairside, working hands on in our lab, or answering calls and helping patients at the front desk. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside with family and friends.

I joined Drs. Nuger and Sircus in October 2003, since then I have seen many great changes and additions to our office and staff. Assisting the doctors to serve our patients with a variety of restorative and cosmetic procedures continues to be a career I am proud of. When not in the office (or commuting to and from) I can be found enjoying time with my family and friends. My husband, daughter and I love serving with our church, playing soccer together, and traveling.

My name is Sabrina and I’ve been working at Maryland Family Dentistry since 1999. I am an Expanded Function Dental Assistant, and I am currently assisting Dr. Christine Hoang. We’re often told that we make a wonderful team! I have assisted all the dentists over the years and we always find ways to bring a tender and lighthearted spirit to all the care we give. Out of the office, I practice fitness and exercise and love to travel whenever I get a chance. I’m also a proud parent to my teenage children and enjoy supporting them in various sports.

I have been a dental assistant since 2009, and am an alumnus of Anne Arundel Community College. I am a mom of four kids and love lots of family time. I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable in our office and better about their smiles!

I am one of the assistants and I work in both the Columbia and Glen Burnie offices. I fill in where I am needed and so you may see me checking you in, assisting the doctors and preparing the operatories. In my spare time I enjoy my super cute pets including ferrets, cats and dog.
